A user manual was created to clearly communicate the system's intended use and functionality, enabling users to use the system to its full potential. 

Multiple bakeries was contacted to first gain more insights to the cake making industry and to also demonstrate the system. 

A local bakery agreed to help the team out in not only to provide deeper understanding into the industry but to also allow the team to demonstrate the system on a real cake and provide feedbacks. 

Key takeaways from the visit:

• The proposed system can be beneficial towards corporate cake orders, where customized corporate logos and messages are needed to be printed.
• Cakes have different types of finish, in which the EVEBOT ink might not be suitable on. 
• Recommends EVEBOT to be used on cakes with icing or hardened fondants.
• Images and decorations are more sought after than words. 
• Automation in cake making process had been sought after in the industry, but is still heavily manual.
